Some foods are surprising. The insides are quite different from the outsides. Have a guess what these are:
The black dots are not bits of dust that have fallen in the sugar. They come from the inside of the long black thing that has been split in half. Do you know what it is?
Now here's something else:
The things at the top are chilli peppers. The small ones at the bottom are called Scotch Bonnets. They are not hats. They're small - about the size of an apricot. What are they? And why would you need to wash your hands very carefully after you cut them open?
