These are more fun than ordinary sandwiches.
The secret is to flatten the bread and then fill it with something crunchy.
You need a rolling pin to press the bread flat - then you can choose from loads of spreads and fillings.

This involves painting. First you mix a few tasty things together in a bowl.
Then you paint the mixture on to the chicken wings.
Now comes the roasting. You cook them on a sheet of baking paper on a tin (saves washing up) and half an hour later they are ready.

All you need to do is take off the green bits, then buzz up the fruit till it's smooth.
To make it into soup you add some iced water, and if you like you can float a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle.
